my life

adventures

I am a lifelong student with various passions, including philosophy, quantum physics, cognitive neuroscience, cultural anthropology, and social linguistics. Over the past two decades, I have taught historic Christianity, Daoism, and Naturalism classes. In addition, I am passionate about music and have organized a small music festival called Music for the Revolution and host Kinship Cafe, a talk show with creatives about art and wellbeing. I have also been working as a software engineer since 1995, with a current focus on developing native mobile applications.

  • Coaching

For more than two decades, I have been working to distill what I have learned about the essential context of life and how to show up with purpose and resilience. While I have been doing public teaching in many of these concepts, I have recently started offering 1:1 coaching around life's big questions.
